On Monday,the farm law repeal bill was passed in the Lok sabha by the government.The opposition party assaulted the ruling party regarding the undiscussed passage of the farm law repeal bill. Congress says that the parliamentary norms have been violated by the ruling party.

 

The congress leader, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary pinpointed the party’s behaviour questioning them why they were shy of the discussion when opposition was already in their support.

 

Farmers were showing antagonism to revocate the three farm laws from the entire year. And on Monday the bill was passed in the favour of farmers without being even discussed.

 

Choudhary in a statement to reporters outside the Parliament stated that the opposition demanded the ruling party to provide the compensation amount to the farmers who have suffered and even lost their lives during the protest. The opposition also demanded that the falsely logged cases against the farmers during the protest tenure should be withdrawn hastily.

 

There was nothing wrong in discussing the repeal of the farm law bill. Previously around 1,429 old bills and laws have been repealed but never without proceeding the discussions in the Lok sabha meeting.

 

Congress also solicited the dismissal of Ajay Mishra(the Union Minister)whose son was arrested in a plague case of Lakhimpur Kheri,says Choudhary.

 

Government should have given the chance to all the members of the Lok Sabha for the discussion on the farm law repeal bill.But on contrary the bill was passed within the minutes after introduction. Choudhary added that all the parliamentary norms have been violated by the ruling party.

 

According to the Congress chief spokesperson Mr Randeep Surjewala the government has passed the bill without any discussion just to avoid any sort of accountability.

 

The 3 anti-agriculture laws previously were also passed without any sort of concentration and debate. And once again the same law has been repealed without the discussions in the parliament.

 

Surjewal in his tweet said that,of a debate conduction can help in revealing the answers from PM and BJP for their such conduct. Machination to vend the farming sector in alter of swarm friend;loss of 700 farmers;Not giving MSP.

 

According to Jairam Ramesh (the Congress chief whip in Rajya sabha),the government had imposed the law three farm laws 16 months ago was really undemocratic and again it’s repal is even worse. The opposition is demanding for the discussion before the repealing.
