India is the seventh largest (by area) and the second most populous country in the world, with roughly one-sixth of its population of about a billion and a quarter. It is the world’s largest democracy. It is one of the world’s oldest civilizations yet, a very young nation around 67 years of age only. India adopted parliamentary democratic system versus presidential democratic system as followed in United States of America.

People for Active democracy is a group of  young, educated, politically aware, taxpaying professionals who want to ensure a responsible, efficient and participative democracy.

We are focused to involve people in United Nations’ initiative of making India a better place. We are majorly working to improve quality of education though we are also up for empowerment of people and society we live in.  We, with our programs, projects and various short courses, are helping to aware people about Agenda 2030. PADIndia is destined to influence young citizens and students to develop and grow sustainably. Our modern-day courses has helped students at various institutions, college and schools to take part in social activities of sustainment.

We are following the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) as defined by United Nations to transform India. The list is as below
