When most of the socially aware groups focus on education and sanitation, we decided to be slightly different. Our mission for blood donation may not sound ‘ social’ but we think it is the very important ‘social’ cause. Medical Science have created artificial hearts , legs , hands and tons of other vitamins but blood can’t be manufactured other than by human body. So Blood is as important as Kidneys, Lungs or eyes and need to be donated only to help someone.

At People for Active Democracy, we regularly conduct blood donation camps in various parts of India.
